      That’s an interesting question! The temperature on Mars varies wildly between day and night. During the day, Mars can get as hot as 30 degrees Celsius, but during the night can drop as far as -140 degrees! And because the atmosphere is so thin, it loses heat very easily. I read on NASA’s website that apparently if you stood on the equator on Mars at noon, it would feel like summer at your feet but winter near your head!
