      I think the most important thing is the teaching I do. I care a lot about this because it impacts other people, so I want to do it well and make sure I explain things as best as I can so they can understand it better.
      In research, I think explaining my results to other people is important. If you do an experiment and nobody understands it or what the results mean, it is not useful. So communication is really important and something I need to keep learning to do better.
